Frequently asked questions
- Where will the Plano conference be held?
Our Plano Conference (4/24) will be held at the Winners Club in the FC Dallas Toyota Stadium.
- What are the accommodation options if I’m coming from out of town?
We have hotel blocks at the Hilton in Plano. To access group rates please reach out to our team who will be able to book your room for you. (Email: kyle.richards@collectivehealth.com)
- Which airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Dallas airport (DAL) or Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) airport. Both airports are conveniently located, approximately 30 minutes away from the Hilton in Plano.
- When should attendees arrive?
That depends on what they’d like to join us for! If attendees are interested in joining the Welcome Reception preceding the conference, we recommend they arrive in Plano by 4:00 pm on April 23rd. This provides ample time for hotel check-in before our Welcome Reception at Union Bear. For those planning to solely attend the Collective Health Customer Experience Center Tour and Conference, they are welcome to arrive the afternoon or evening before the conference.
- Is transportation provided to the conference?
Yes! Shuttles will be available to transport attendees from the hotel to the conference venue on the morning of the event.
