Gallagher where he focused on diabetes care management strategies for large employers and progressing the Innovation Lab, a niche practice devoted to evolving healthcare administration. He has held production, training, product development, and leadership positions with ADP and is a graduate of Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Cody is an avid husband, father of two, and chaser of his Labrador puppy “Tank”.

Prior to Collective Health, he spent over 30 years in consulting, most recently leading the Pacific Northwest region for Mercer, and prior to that with Willis Towers Watson. Michael specializes in helping large, complex organizations solve their most challenging people reward issues, with particular focus in health care benefits. He holds a B.S. in history/political science from the University of Nebraska.

Pike has a passion for building features that directly contribute to empowering members to take control of their health care experience and spending. Prior to joining Collective Health in June of 2021, Pike spent 15 years in the financial services industry, leading operations teams and building trading software.
