During her 23-year tenure at Cigna, she has held a variety of roles in Underwriting, Sales Operations, and Sales, and has received numerous awards for her commitment to client and customer service and sales excellence. Belinda is a passionate ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and is a FreeMOMHugs volunteer. She resides in Phoenix with her family.

Kevin Cassidy is responsible for building on HCSC’s strong and established value proposition to the market. In this capacity, Cassidy is accountable for organic growth, the identification and deployment of new and diversified services, new margin opportunities, strategic partnerships and HCSC’s National Account Strategy. Sam has been recognized on Business Insider’s ‘30 Under 40 Leaders in Healthcare’, a Top 40 Healthcare Transformer by MMM, and by Techweek100 for his work in transforming healthcare through technology. As a subject matter expert in this area, he has been featured numerous times in major media outlets including CNN, USA Today, and NP.
Tanner Brunsdale

Tanner has spent more than 15 years in employer sponsored benefits in a variety of industries including leading the benefits team at American Airlines, GoPro, and Samsara. In his current role at Lyft he leads the benefits, global mobility, and immigration teams supporting 5,000 employees in seven countries. Tanner has a passion for designing inclusive benefit programs that support employees at all stages of their lives and careers. He loves to travel and currently resides with his husband Wesley and dog Chance in Pacifica, California.
Abbie Buck
Chief People Officer, Collective Health
Abbie serves as Collective Health’s Chief People Officer. She is passionate about engaging and developing employees, unlocking the capability of leaders, and protecting and evolving company culture as key levers to grow businesses. Abbie has spent more than 20 years working for companies like IBM, eBay, PayPal, and most recently, Splunk. She holds a B.A. in Government and Spanish from Skidmore College and an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
Ali Diab
Chief Exective Officer, Collective Health
Ali has a strong personal motivation to improve the quality and cost of healthcare after experiencing a major health problem. He has more than 15 years of technology startup and executive management experience, including VP of Product Management and Business Operations at AdMob, which was acquired by Google in 2010. Ali is a graduate of Stanford and Oxford universities.
Alison Worthington
Chief Marketing Officer, Collective Health
Alison Is an innovative marketing leader with nearly three decades of experience transforming brands like Coke, Starbucks, Method, and Microsoft. Passionate about working with mission-driven startups, she led an interim CMO consultancy practice guiding multiple startups and working with growth companies like GoPro, Ancestry.com, and Bragg Live Foods. Alison graduated from Smith College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dr. Ari Hoffman
Chief Clinical Officer and VP of Clinical Products, Population Health, Collective Health
Ari's expertise in the clinical setting will support Collective Health’s dynamic and growing member needs while developing functionality that helps employers foster the health and well-being of their people at scale. Prior to joining Collective Health, Ari was an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of California San Francisco, where he held several leadership roles including Value Improvement Director for Hospital Medicine and Medical Director of the hospitalist program at St. Mary's.
Cody McKelvy
RVP of Sales, Collective Health
Cody brings over 15 years of diverse and comprehensive experience in HR and benefits technology, healthcare, and the development of entrepreneurial enterprises to Collective Health. Cody is responsible for the development of both broker/consultant and direct employer relationships, primarily in Texas. Prior to joining Collective Health, Cody worked as a consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher where he focused on diabetes care management strategies for large employers and progressing the Innovation Lab, a niche practice devoted to evolving healthcare administration. He has held production, training, product development, and leadership positions with ADP and is a graduate of Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Cody is an avid husband, father of two, and chaser of his Labrador puppy “Tank”.
David Sotelo
Senior Actuary, Collective Health
Dave is a Senior Actuary at Collective Health, and helps clients understand the value we deliver to their members and their bottom line. Dave has 20 years of experience evaluating and designing solutions for healthcare-related financial risks, and has worked for several large payers and global consulting firms. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
Marianne Holt
Director, Client Success, Collective Health
Marianne is our Director of Client Success for our Enterprise market. Prior to joining Collective Health, Marianne spent the past 20 years managing global benefits at some of the most innovative, high-growth and people-first companies in the world, including Lululemon, Uber, and Salesforce. She also has the credentials of being one of the earliest employer adopters of Collective Health back in 2015. She joined Collective Health to help drive the mission forward in simplifying healthcare for both members and employers.
Michael Nikunen
VP of Strategic Sales and Consultant Relations, Collective Health
Michael Nikunen has an extensive career in insurance, broking and consulting in the health and benefits business. Prior to Collective Health, he spent over 30 years in consulting, most recently leading the Pacific Northwest region for Mercer, and prior to that with Willis Towers Watson. Michael specializes in helping large, complex organizations solve their most challenging people reward issues, with particular focus in health care benefits. He holds a B.S. in history/political science from the University of Nebraska.
Pike Sowle
Senior Product Manager, Collective Health
Pike is a Senior Product Manager in Collective Health’s Member Experience group. Pike is the primary product manager for Collective Health’s cost transparency and provider finder tools, among other responsibilities. Pike has a passion for building features that directly contribute to empowering members to take control of their health care experience and spending. Prior to joining Collective Health in June of 2021, Pike spent 15 years in the financial services industry, leading operations teams and building trading software.
