- Where will the Lehi conference be held?
Our Lehi Conference (4/11) will be held at The Rooftop.
- What are the accommodation options if I’m coming from out of town?
We have hotel blocks at the Hyatt in Lehi. To access group rates for Hyatt see here, booking code is G-CARL.
- Which airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Salt Lake City (SLC) airport which is roughly 40 minutes from the Hyatt and our Collective Health office.
- When should attendees arrive?
That depends on what they’d like to join us for! If attendees are interested in joining the Collective Health Customer Experience Center Tour and Welcome Reception preceding the conference, we recommend they arrive in Salt Lake City by 2:00 pm on April 10th. This provides ample time for hotel check-in before our Customer Experience Center tour. For those planning to solely attend the Conference, they are welcome to arrive the afternoon or evening before the conference.
- Is transportation provided to the conference?
Yes! Shuttles will be available to transport attendees from the hotel to the conference venue on the morning of the event.
