Andor Molnar, VP of Human Resources at Daikin, brings 25+ years of HR expertise having run compensation & benefits as well as human resources for various companies including Bell Canada Group, Dell and Goodman Manufacturing.

Ben Maisano is a two time entrepreneur and two time health system executive that is passionate about applying technology to improve healthcare. Ben joined Tendo in 2022, a health insights and marketplace company, as SVP, Chief Strategy Officer. Previously Ben was Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at Atlantic Health, leading technology, virtual care, remote monitoring, and Atlantic’s Venture Studio for investments & co-build partnerships. Prior to that Ben was CTO at Mt. SInai in NYC, building their patient technology, research & cloud tools, and launching direct to employer platforms. Ben has also co-founded and sold two startups.

Bijal Toprani, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinical Solutions Lead at Hinge Health. She completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and earned her doctorate from A.T. Still University. Dr. Bijal brings over a decade of combined experience in the fitness and physical therapy industries.

In addition to her expertise in orthopedic conditions, she has advanced training in the assessment and treatment of pelvic health disorders through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute, as well as specialized training in caring for menopause, postpartum, and pregnant populations.

Before joining Hinge Health, she treated individuals with neurological conditions, including stroke and spinal cord injuries. Her professional mission is to improve access to quality physical therapy care.

Caroline Shanholtz, PhD (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist and Senior Clinical Product Manager at Lyra Health. In this role, Dr. Shanholtz supports the development and dissemination of evidence-based mental health solutions tailored for youth and parents. Her clinical expertise encompasses child mental health and reproductive mental health, including infertility and perinatal challenges. Prior to joining Lyra, Dr. Shanholtz earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Arizona, completed her clinical internship at the Medical University of South Carolina, and completed postdoctoral training at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Shanholtz has contributed extensively to the field through peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and research funded by national organizations.

Dr. Ethan Goh is a healthcare executive and physician scientist with a background in clinical AI research, product development and go-to-market strategy. At Stanford ARISE, he leads multi-institutional efforts to evaluate and implement large language model applications within healthcare, with publications in Nature Medicine and JAMA Network. He also serves as program director of the Stanford Healthcare AI Leadership and Strategy Program.

Dr. Goh is a founding editorial board member and associate editor at BMJ Digital Health & AI. He holds a medical degree from Imperial College London, and a Masters in Clinical Informatics and Management from Stanford University.

Halle Tecco has dedicated her career to making healthcare massively better. She is the founder of Rock Health and has backed and advised dozens of healthcare companies. She teaches future healthcare leaders at Columbia Business School and Harvard Medical School, and serves on the board of Collective Health.

Tecco’s work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg. She was named as one of Goldman Sach’s Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs and listed on Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business 2023. She has spoken at the Aspen Ideas Festival, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt, and was a SXSW Keynote speaker. Tecco holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPH from Johns Hopkins University.

Hilary Bartlett is the Chief Product Officer at Carrot, the leading global fertility, family-building, and lifelong hormonal healthcare platform providing care for everyone, everywhere. As CPO, Hilary oversees the Product, Engineering, Payments, and Information Security teams and is responsible for Carrot’s overall product strategy, design, and implementation. She is committed to providing meaningful member experiences and driving measurable value for Carrot’s customers.

Hilary has held several leadership roles at Carrot, most recently serving as the company’s Senior Vice President of Strategy. During her tenure, Hilary has led a range of business functions, from product strategy, clinical program management, provider partnerships, and clinical outcomes to data, legal, and compliance strategy.

Hilary’s career spans management consulting for life sciences companies, policy, law, and healthcare. She is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Stanford University Law School, and received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Princeton University.

James is the Vice President of Benefits for Aramark. In his role James is responsible for oversight over all of Aramark’s benefit functions including strategic and financial responsibility for Aramark’s health and welfare programs and retirement savings plans.

James has 25 years of experience in the area of group health and welfare benefits. James has industry experience from three pivotal perspectives – consulting, carrier and plan sponsor, allowing him to see the industry from a unique lens, bringing distinctive value and industry perspective.

Prior to joining Aramark, James was a Vice President at Aon’s Philadelphia practice. James also held the position of Deputy HR Director for the City of Philadelphia under Mayor Nutter’s Administration where he held trustee seats on various joint management/labor boards. James began his career at Independence Blue Cross as an account executive serving national accounts. James currently sits on various client advisory boards and is member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health.

Manveen is the Senior Manager, Benefits, at the Wonderful Company and leads the strategy and operations of holistic benefit and well-being programs that support a diverse, global workforce. She oversees the design and performance of self-funded health plans, leveraging a robust data strategy to drive innovative solutions that improve outcomes and manage long-term costs. Manveen directs cross-functional initiatives, vendor partnerships, and compliance frameworks to ensure programs remain high-value, sustainable, and aligned with organizational priorities. Her work centers on elevating member experience and wellbeing through strategic and innovative solutions that enhance the organization’s total rewards strategy.

Paxton Maeder-York helps lead healthcare strategy & startup partnerships at Anthropic. He is the former CEO and founder of Alife Health, a fertility technology company deploying artificial intelligence to improve embryo selection during in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Prior to Alife, Paxton helped develop a surgical robotics platform to treat early stage lung cancer at Auris Health (acquired by Johnson & Johnson for $3.4 Billion). Paxton received a BS in Biomedical Engineering, MS in Computational Science, and MBA from Harvard University.

Rhonda Wright, Senior Benefits Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors, brings over 25 years of experience in benefits administration, renowned for implementing cost-effective solutions and fostering strategic partnerships. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to make informed healthcare decisions and ensuring they understand and value the benefits offered to them.

Ron E. Peck has been a member of The Phia Group’s team since 2006. As the Chief Legal Officer at The Phia Group, Ron has been an innovative force in the drafting of improved benefit plan provisions, handled complex subrogation and third-party recovery disputes and healthcare direct contracting, and spearheaded efforts to combat the steadily increasing costs of healthcare. Considered to be not only one of the nation’s top ERISA lawyers, Attorney Peck is also viewed as one of the nation’s premier self-funded health plan consultants and health benefits attorneys; lecturing at and participating in many industry gatherings including but not limited to The National Association of Subrogation Professionals (“NASP”) Litigation Skills Conference, Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (“SPBA”), the Health Care Administrators Association (“HCAA”), the Health Plan Alliance, the Self-Insurance Institute of America (“SIIA”) and SIIA’s Government Relations Committee. Ron is also frequently called upon to educate plan administrators and stop-loss carriers regarding changing laws and best practices. Ron’s theories regarding benefit plan administration and healthcare have been published in many industry periodicals and have received much acclaim.

Stacey Richter is a veteran healthcare entrepreneur and thought-leader with more than two decades of experience transforming how care is delivered, paid for, and experienced by patients and providers. She is best known as host of the award-winning weekly podcast Relentless Health Value, in which she interviews industry innovators to explore how to improve population health, patient and provider experience, and cost management.

In addition to her podcast work, Stacey serves as Co-President of consulting firm Aventria Health Group and of mission-driven benefit-corporation QC‑Health, leveraging her expertise to help life sciences, health-system, employer and payer organizations collaborate more effectively to improve outcomes.

Tabitha Pittman is the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Integrity Marketing, where she helps shape people-centered benefit programs that truly support employees’ lives. With more than 16 years of experience across employee benefits, medical self-funding, and family-first program design, she is known for building modern, meaningful benefits ecosystems.

Tabitha has led efforts to unify benefits programs, leverage data to improve health outcomes, and remove barriers to care. A strong advocate for parental leave, caregiver support, and innovative total rewards strategies, she brings together analytical rigor and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing.

As a speaker, Tabitha offers practical, real-world insight on benefits strategy and creating family-friendly workplaces. Outside of work, she teaches barre and enjoys traveling, live music, and spending time with her husband and their dog.

Ali Diab is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collective Health, the world’s leading employer health benefit plan administration platform. Ali has more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth technology organizations, and prior to co-founding Collective Health, was Vice President of Product Management and Business Operations at AdMob by Google. Previously, Ali held executive and management positions at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, and Yahoo!. Ali is a graduate of Stanford and Oxford Universities and is a Member of the Board of Advisers of the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR) and a Trustee of San Francisco Day School.

Ron brings more than 25 years of experience in counseling growth technology companies and in developing and leading high-performance legal teams. He previously acted as the general counsel of Yahoo! Inc., where he also held a variety of national and global roles spanning almost two decades. Ron also previously practiced as a senior lawyer at Apple and with a private law firm. He holds a JD from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a member of the California and Illinois bars.
