At Together with Collective Health™, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone—attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, and staff.
This Code of Conduct outlines expectations to help create a space where meaningful discussion, learning, and collaboration can thrive. It applies to all participants and is a condition of attendance. By joining us at Together, you agree to uphold these standards.
Expected Behavior
All participants are expected to:
- Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
- Be respectful to others regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion.
- Engage thoughtfully in sessions, conversations, and networking opportunities.
- Be honest and transparent in representing their identity, role, and business intent.
- Respect others’ personal space, opinions, and boundaries—verbally, physically, and digitally.
- Compliance with local laws, venue policies, and the instructions of venue and Collective Health staff is required at all times.
- Represent your organization or brand with professionalism.
Unacceptable Behavior
We do not tolerate:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Inappropriate or suggestive comments, images, or gestures—online or in person.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior during sessions, networking, or event activities.
- Unwelcome attention, including stalking, sustained disruption, or physical contact.
- Possession or use of illegal substances or dangerous materials.
Reporting an Issue
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct:
- Report it immediately to event staff (look for official badges) or contact us at together@collectivehealth.com.
- All reports will be handled with discretion and care. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your safety.
- Based on the nature of the issue, actions may include a verbal warning, removal from the event without refund, restriction from future participation, or involvement of local authorities, if needed.
Enforcement and Accountability
Collective Health reserves the right to:
- Remove any attendee who does not comply with this Code of Conduct, without refund.
- Deny registration or participation in future hosted or sponsored events.
- Take any other appropriate action to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
Participation in the event may be subject to review and acceptance, and registration may be declined or canceled at any time.
